Next stage of Mohawk Harbor project approved
The Schenectady Metroplex Development Authority has given a green light to the next step in Galesi Group's Mohawk Harbor project. The Metroplex board last night approved Galesi's $9 million investment to build a 50,000-square-foot development of 15 townhouses facing the Mohawk River at the $150 million harbor project. Other projects on the harbor include a $15 million hotel and $25 million office building. Right next to the harbor is the $330 million Rivers Casino and Resort.

Topping off Ceremony at The Riverhouse
What an exciting way to kickoff Labor Day weekend by holding a topping off ceremony of The Riverhouse at Mohawk Harbor! Great work by LeChase Construction, Stone Bridge Steel, and Christina Steel.
